• What are the closest airports?

  American Canyon High School is located in American Canyon, California, just south of Napa. Three airport options are available:

  • Oakland Airport (OAK) is 40 miles from the event. 
  • San Francisco Airport (SFO) is 47 miles from the event. 
  • Sacramento Airport (SMF) is 58.4 miles from the event. 

  
  We recommend taking rush hour traffic into consideration when booking flights and transportation to hotels. Google Maps is a helpful tool in planning travel times. 

• What ground transportation options are available from the airport to the event?

  Ground transportation is needed for this event. All of the three airports have rental car centers close by:

• Do I need a car for this conference?

  PBL World will be held at American Canyon High School located in Southern Napa County. The city of Napa is located 12 miles from the event site. For participants interested in exploring the City or the beautiful surrounding area, we recommend a car. All participants will need ground transportation to get from hotels to the event site. Distances range from 1.4 to 15 miles. 

• Do hotels offer shuttle services to the event?

  Please contact the hotel you book with to find out if shuttle service is available. 

• What hotel options are available?

  We have reserved rooms at reduced rates for conference participants at all of the major hotels and a few small local hotels close to American Canyon High School. We encourage you to book your hotel as soon as possible given the popularity of Napa and the surrounding area in the summer. Again, Napa is a popular tourist destination, especially in summer months, so be sure to make your hotel reservations early.
