
Nadirshah Eford
Nadirshah believes that education is the pathway to increased opportunities for all students and PBL is a vehicle for educational equity. In her work, she strives to build capacity in teachers and leaders to lead transformative change in their systems to improve students outcomes. Nadirshah is a former high school educator, instructional coach, district administrator and seasoned implementation leader in the EdTech space. She started her career as a wall-to-wall PBL teacher creating and designing her own project experiences, and she has deep knowledge of the PBL process, and the nuances and challenges with implementation.
In her previous roles at organizations like Instructure, New Tech Network, and Project Lead The Way, she led onboarding experiences and strategic implementation planning across school districts—ensuring product adoption, educator confidence, and long-term partnership renewal. Her background as a classroom teacher and instructional coach allow her to connect authentically with educators, while her success leading cross-functional initiatives has helped scale impact in fast-moving, mission-driven environments.
Nadirshah is native Texan and earned her B.A. in English Literature at the University of North Texas. When she’s not working, she’s likely taking a long walk with her husband and three young kids. She’s an avid reader, houseplant enthusiast, and notebook collector.
