Payment & Registration

  • Q: What payment options are available?

    For registrants from the United States and Canada: 

    • Credit Cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express are accepted for immediate registration online.
    • Purchase OrdersAvailable for some open online workshops. Payments of $800 or more may be processed via Purchase Order. If your purchase is less than $800, you must pay by credit card. Purchase orders must be received within 30 days of the registration date. To make PBLWorks a vendor, please download a copy of our W-9 form (pdf).

    Note: Unpaid registrations are subject to cancellation after 30 days from registration date.

    For International registrants (outside of the United States and Canada):

    • Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are the only form of payment accepted for international registrants.
    • Registrations from outside the U.S. and Canada must be approved by the PBLWorks Events Team. 
  • Q: What is the refund policy for Open Online Workshops?

    Our refund policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations submitted up to 60 days before the start date of your workshop will receive a 100% refund of registration fees.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted less than 60 days before the start date of your workshop.
    • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
    • PBLWorks does not award payment credit toward future services, products, or events.
    • If you can no longer attend the Open Online Workshop you registered for, you must let us know a minimum of one (1) week before the workshop start date. 
    • Requests to switch within one week of the workshop start date will not be granted; however, substitutions can be made. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 
    • Missed workshop days cannot be made up. Participants are required to attend all scheduled dates of the workshop they registered for. It is not possible to attend select days from other workshop sessions. 
    • If you are paying by purchase order, you cannot cancel a registration if the cancellation brings the total below our purchase order minimum. If this occurs, you will be required to pay for your registration via credit card to remain enrolled in the workshop. 
    • No substitutions can be made after a workshop has begun.
    •  To confirm your registration, we must receive the purchase order within 30 days of registration or at least one week before the workshop start date—whichever comes first. If the PO is not received, registrations will be canceled.
