Eresa joined The Buck Institute for Education in 2017 to fulfill her passion for the cause of education while performing the finance job she enjoys. She tells, “Finance communicates the story of how we create and use money and resources. It guides decision-makers in utilizing the assets to effectually support our mission and strategic goals. The finance team serves as an essential link for employees because each and every one of us has a footprint on the company’s financial data.”
Eresa has over twenty years of professional practice in finance and operations roles, with a range of work experience that includes being a district accountant at Petaluma City Schools, an internal auditor at Kaiser Permanente, and customer service director with United Airlines.
