Eresa Puch

Eresa is the former Senior Accounting Manager for the Buck Institute for Education. She joined in 2017 to fulfill her passion for the cause of education while performing the finance job she enjoys. She tells, “Finance communicates the story of how we create and use money and resources. It guides decision-makers in utilizing the assets to effectually support our mission and strategic goals. The finance team serves as an essential link for employees because each and every one of us has a footprint on the company’s financial data.”  

Eresa has over twenty years of professional practice in finance and operations roles, with a range of work experience that includes being a district accountant at Petaluma City Schools, an internal auditor at Kaiser Permanente, and customer service director with United Airlines. She describes herself as a helper who loves to streamline processes. 

Eresa is a certified member of both The Institute of Internal Auditors and Health Care Compliance Association. She earned the Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Sonoma State University’s Graduate School of Business and Economics.
