Christine Lilley
Christine Lilley is a Strategic Account Executive at PBLWorks, where she partners with school and district leaders to expand access to high-quality Project Based Learning through PBLWorks TEACH and related services.
Christine brings more than 16 years of experience in K–12 education partnerships, strategic account management, and district engagement. Prior to joining PBLWorks, she spent her career at Kaplan, most recently as Executive Director of High School Partnerships. In that role, she worked with schools, districts, nonprofit organizations, and public-sector education agencies to design and implement programs that supported college and career readiness, equitable access, and student success.
Christine is passionate about equitable education and believes all students deserve learning experiences that are meaningful, rigorous, and connected to the world around them. She sees Project Based Learning as a powerful way to help students build confidence, develop critical thinking and collaboration skills, and see themselves as capable problem-solvers. Her work is grounded in a commitment to helping educators and school systems create learning environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Christine also brings a strong commitment to service and community leadership. She serves on the advisory board for her town’s after-school program and is a member of her local Recreation Commission, supporting programs and spaces that strengthen community connection. She also volunteers with the Kaplan Educational Foundation, helping advance its mission to eliminate barriers to higher education for underserved students.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Westfield State University and a Master of Education in School Guidance from Cambridge College. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and their 12-year-old twins. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball and golf.
